Domestic Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at JuzWacky. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Once order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 days once payment has been received by us. Then you will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number, please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping is taking longer than usual which is outside of our control. We will do our best to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are based on the applicable rates and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All purchases will receive a USPS tracking number, which will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Estimated delivery from 2 to 3 business days. Estimated arrival is based on the shipping provider and we are not liable for any delays or missing items once the package has left our possession.
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $50.
We currently do not offer international shipping, but hope to bring this service soon.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
Currently, due to COVID-19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are no longer liable for packages once they have been received by the mail carrier.
NO REFUNDS will be made to items/packages marked as “Delivered”.
